Ndloti Safari Adventures is family friendly and central in South Africa, five hours drive from Johannesburg and two hours from Bloemfontein. The closest local towns are Zastron and Wepener. Enjoy a luxurious weekend, midweek or extended getaway with friends or family. You can look forward to game Drives, guided game walks in the dangerous game area, hiking, mountain biking and Lesotho Day trips (if border is open).
Accommodation and get together social space
There are three newly-built luxurious sleeping chalets. Each can sleep two people, making six the maximum number of people per group. It can either be three couples, six singles, families or friends. Bathrooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet and separate outdoor shower. All chalets are well ventilated with opening stacker doors, large windows and ceiling fans. For winter times, there are wood-fired combustion stoves in each chalet. Each chalet has a coffee station with pure drinkable tap water. Chalets are 5-10 meters apart but all are private and separated by bushes.
Check in time is 12:00 (midday) and check out 09:00am.
Facilities & amenities
The main lodge building is separate from the chalets, has an indoor and outside braai area and a cosy indoor fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and facilities include a fridge and freezer, gas/electric stove, toaster, microwave, fireside grids, braai tongs, coffee machine and all cutlery and crockery. Separate to the main social area is a gym/training room with full body workout machine, free hand weights and stationary bicycle.We are off-the-grid and are powered with solar power but have a back-up generator. There is ice and wood available.
Food
As the main lodge has a fully-equipped kitchen, the recommended option is self-catering. This option is also bookable online. If you prefer a catered getaway, we have various packages available on request that include or exclude alcohol.

Wildlife game drives
We can accommodate five people per vehicle. There is one vehicle available for game drives that can seat two people on the back and three people in the front. There is space to stand on the back too.
It is R 150 pp that includes snacks and soft drinks (or alcoholic drinks at an added rate) at one of our beautiful panoramic sundowner lookout points.
mountain biking
There are two beautiful tracks suitable for mountain biking (the difficulty is 5/10) or hiking on the property for guests to enjoy at no extra charge. It does not form part of the big game area.

What types of payment methods are accepted at the lodge?EFT payments and cards are accepted on site. We don't accept cash.

Is there Wi-Fi at camp?Yes, we have wi-fi available in the main lodge. Wi-fi calling is not recommended as we experience controlled blackouts (loadshedding) leading to poor signal.

What is the closest town to Ndloti?Both Zastron and Wepener are 40km away, which are two very small towns but you can get most necessities there. The biggest and closest City is Bloemfontein and that is 150 km away.

Do you have snakes?Yes, but keep in mind that snakes hibernate in wintertime. They move during November, December, January and February when it is warm.
